Modify Default Newsletter module so that guest user can also put their first name and last name

Advanced Newsletter

The default newsletter module has only a single field to put guest customer's email address but not their first name and last name. When guest has subscribed to a newsletter then we can see only the email of guest and first/last name/email for registered users. With this extension the default widget contain two more fields for the first name and last name input fields; and you can view first name and last name for both registered and guest users. No special configuration required its used as default newsletter used also use can set newsletter popup on page load once user registered then popup will not show for him.
