Adds an option to enable Magento's default free shipping method only for admin users (backend).
Enable the free shipping method in the admin panel and set the option "Only for Admin Users (Backend)" to yes. Then the free shipping method will be only enabled for orders that will be created in Magento's admin panel.
Useful for pickup customers that their orders are free of shipping costs.
