The old CAPTCHA asks us to type a word shown in the image which sometimes leaves your head banging. With No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA, "I am human" checkbox will be shown in sites would be able to track your mouse movements when you move your mouse to select that box. IP address and your browser cookies would also be checked making it some sort of intelligent verification.In case of confusion (or a rather bot-like movement) you will get the same CAPTCHA box.
As far as mobile devices are concerned, sites will show you images for comparison where you will be verified with a single tap.
Registering your website with Google:
