While remaining in the merchant’s cart, the iFrame Solution enables US internet retailers to sell directly from their own shopping cart, and give customers the ability to calculate duties and taxes for their order. This solution allows the merchant to maintain a unified website image and keep customers on their page.
Like the cart to cart solution, the checkout process is customized for each individual country and customers can view all charges in local currency and complete the transaction with various international payment methods.
Based upon the consumer’s country and regional location, our system looks at all items in the shopping cart and evaluates their combined weight, physical dimensions, associated harmonized codes, product restrictions and other key variables which are used to determine the appropriate landed cost.
