How to setup this extension
1. register at rajaongkir.com2. you will get API Key
3. copy your API KEY
4. on magento backend, go to System->Configuration->Sales->Shipping Method->Ongkir By Raja Ongkir
5. enter API URL,API KEY
6. save config
7. select City Origins
8. select Shipping Courrires
9. save config
