This Extension allow you to update products quantities directly from products grid in Magneto back-end. Lo-gin to admin panel after go to"catalog->Mass Product Updater". Select check-boxes and enter qty in given input box after select "update qty" in Actions and submits it. this will update qty as per you specified Note : This extension only work for simple products
