Nudgespot for Customer Communication

Nudgespot lets you communicate with your customers, via emails, SMS and push notifications, based on what they do (or don't) on your store. Behavior driven emails have 4x the effectiveness of newsletters, and many big online retailers have started using these messages to acquire and retain their customers.
This extension connects Magento to Nudgespot.

Using Nudgespot, you can:
1. Send newsletter style messages via email, SMS or push notifications.
2. Trigger messages automatically based on what your customers do (or don't) on your store. Examples: cart abandonment emails, birthday greeting/offers, etc
3. Look up customers by their interactions, and send targeted messages to them. Example: Notify accessories available to customers that bought certain camera.

How it works:
The extension makes API calls to Nudgespot, to track activities of your customers on your site. This enables Nudgespot to keep your customer list up-to-date. You can then go to your Nudgespot dashboard and:

1. Configure triggered messages that will be sent to your customers based on rules (like when they abandon cart, or register, a week after they make a purchase etc).
2. Send a newsletter style broadcast messages to all or certain groups of customers.
3. Look up customers based on any attributes, or even based on their interactions.
4. Add customers to lists, and let Nudgespot automatically add/remove them
