Premius Simpleshipping extension allows you to add up to 10 fixed price shipping methods to your Magento shopping cart. Easy to use and self-explanatory.After install, go to System->Configuration->Shipping Methods->Simple Shipping Methods.
What to do if you do not see the Simple Shipping Methods in administrative panel?
1. Clear cache and then re-login to admin panel. Then check again.
2. There are some bugs in v.1.2.0 of this extension. You shall remove it first. Un-install extension using Magento Connect.
Then go to FTP and delete the folder /app/etc/modules/Premius_Simpleshipping.xml
