WSDL Cache Flush

Enables you to flush wsdl cache from the admin area. Especially comes in handy when developing API's. The module finds the wsdl cache dir from php.ini's soap.wsdl_cache_dir config, which is /tmp by default, and tries to remove all files starting with 'wsdl-'. Of course files that are not owned by the user under which php process is running and files that are write protected will not be removed. I have developed this module because disabling and enabling the wsdl cache in Magento will result in re-enabling the old cache files for users that still use the same session. When you are developing API's and for speed you want to cache your wsdl while you are developing, this is a real time saver.
